Soccer Buddies coaching is more than teaching kids athletic and soccer skills. Our dedicated coaches are instilling confidence, resilience and teamwork in every one of their classes.
Soccer Buddies kids learn to show up, give things a try, be part of a team and to win or lose gracefully. These values will help them thrive in all areas of life.
We offer age-appropriate fun and learning for kids 15 months to 12 years old. Give it a try, we know you’ll have a ball!
Open enrollment – enroll at any time.
Enroll your kids in outrageous soccer fun. Our classes are once a week, run year ‘round and you can enroll anytime. We charge just $85 per month, with no fixed contract. Billed monthly, cancellations must be 15 days before your bill is due.
Soccer Buddies Policies & Procedures
Monthly Tuition
Tuition is automatically billed on a monthly basis on the 5th of each month, using the card information on file. Once you are enrolled in soccer classes, you will continue to be billed on the 5th of each month until you notify us (by email) of your desire to withdraw from classes. (see “withdrawing from classes” below). In the event that you get 5 classes within the month instead of 4, an additional charge of $21.25 will be added to your monthly bill. We do not charge for classes cancelled due to holiday closures: Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.
Withdrawing From Classes
We understand that life can get busy, and plans may change. If you ever need to take a break, don't worry – we've got you covered with a hassle-free cancellation policy. Simply send our Team an email at info@coloradosoccerbuddies.com before your next billing date (the 5th), and we'll handle the rest. We will NOT be able to offer any refunds for missing this cancelation policy. While we'll miss your child on the field, we can't wait to welcome them back with open arms whenever they're ready to return and have more soccer fun with us!
Refund Policy
Absolutely no refunds. When you enroll your child in soccer classes, you are reserving a spot for your child that is in high demand. By reserving this spot, you are agreeing to pay for your reserved spot independent of your child’s attendance. Should you miss a class, we have a very gracious make-up policy. (see “make-up policy” below) Payments are automatic withdrawal using the card information on file. If you feel you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact us for assistance.
Make-Up Policy
If you miss a class, we will allow you to do a make-up class at any time during the time you are enrolled with us at Soccer Buddies. In the case that a facility or park is closed due to inclement weather, your account will be credited for the classes canceled due to the closure. This will be a credit, and not a refund. We will notify you of this closure via email. You may also look on our Facebook page: Colorado Soccer Buddies, as we will post updates there as well. We ask that you call us or send us an email to schedule your make-up class. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reply to this email or call us at the number below.
